The committee also recommended that a tuition fee be charged for other classes to "insure seriousness of purpose on the part of adult students." In its bulky 496-page report, the Senate Committee on Adult Education said also state tax money should not go to support Civil Defense classes, physical education classes, courses designed to benefit only organized groups or courses in fields where the Red Cross gives instruction. Widow of Former Santa Rosan Dies The body of Mrs. James Roy Key willi be returned Tuesday to Santa Rosa for burial beside her husband at Odd Fellows Cemetery. Her late husband was a Press Democrat linotype operator for about 15 years.

After his death, Mrs. Key moved to Richmond. She died at her 520 Nevin St. home there yesterday. She leaves a brother, James Blum.

Funeral services will start at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Wilson-Kratzer funeral home, Richmond. Frank Harmon Dies at Age 76 UKIAH Funeral services for Frank Albert Harmon, 76, will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Community Church in Hop-land. Mr.

Harmon, a resident of the Hopland area for 36 years and of California for 60 years, died Friday at his Hopland home. Arrangements are by Eversole Mortuary here. He was a charter member of the Spanish American War Veterans organization in Santa Rosa and and was a member of the Windsor Odd Fellows lodge for 37 years. Members of the family said he had lived in Sebastopol for 15 years before moving to Hop-land. Surviving him are his wife, Mary, of Hopland; sons Robert and George of Ukiah, James of Hopland, Albert of Lakeport, and Warren of Santa Rosa; daughters Mrs.

Thylia Hover and Mrs. Ivan Myers, both of Santa Rosa; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and a sister in Pasadena. Interment will be in the Ukiah cemetery. Services will be conducted by the Hopland American Legion post. Harry B.

Burkett By Staff Correspondent HEALDSBURG Harry Beu-ford Burkett, 59, became ill at noon Friday and was reported dead on arrival at Healdsburg General Hospital. A farmer and carpenter's helper, he had lived in Windsor 3 years. He was a native of Tennessee. Mr. Burkett is survived by his wife, Vinnie, also of Windsor; 2 daughters, Mrs.

Marvin M. Porritt, Petaluma, and Mrs. Leonard J. Porritt, Santa Rosa; and 5 grandchildren, Pamla, Timothy, Harta, Catherine and Karen Porritt. He was the brother of Helen, Burbon.

Eva. Ethylene, Florence, Russell and Wesley Burkett, all of Tennessee. Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Tuesday, at the Fred Young Co.

Mrs. Ricci was born at Napa and moved to Petaluma 40 years ago after marrying Joseph Ricci. They lived in the Paula Lane district when they first moved here and moved to 21 West St. in 1936, where Mr. Ricci survives.

He has been employed by the Department of Public Works here for the past 14 years. Mrs. Ricci is also survived by a son. Frank Ricci. Petaluma.

and was the sister of Mrs. George E. Brugge, Petaluma. and Mrs. Etta Barlow, Sonoma.

Services at 9:15 a.m. tomorrow will be followed by a Low Mass at St. Vincent's Church at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery here. The rosary will be recited today at 8:15 p.m.

James T. Porter SEBASTOPOI Funeral services will be held tomorrow for James T. Porter, 81. who died at his 1130 High Schonl Rd. home here Friday.

Mr. Porer had been ill for several years. A rc'irod poultry-man, he and hi wife. Alice, came to Sebastopol 27 years ago. Re-fore that the couple owned a ranch in Oklahoma.

Mr. Porter was a native of Tuscaraws Count v. Ohio. He and Mrs. Porter celebrated their 50th werlding anniversary a year ago.

Besides hi wife, he is survived by a sister, Mrs. Annetta Watson, Sacramento. Funeral service- will be read by the Rev. Virgil W. Jackson at 2 p.m.

Mr. Camp was a native of California and had lived in this area for the past 20 years. He made his home at 304 Wilson St. He has no known survivors. Services were held at the Chapel of Chimes under direction of Lafferty Smith mortuary.
