money paid for an architec tural study that found the building in solid condition after 80 years A preservation plan also paid for by the grant funds suggested the city move an office to the old station or LD use it for fire and safety education City officials continue consider ing those alternatives The study gave Wabash Valley Trust officials enough reason to remove the ive Points fire station from its list of 10 Most Endangered buildings Widow of factory shooting victim considers lawsuit By The Associated Press GOSHEN The widow of a fac tory manager killed in a shooting spree by an employee is consider ing suing the city alleging police act quickly enough Michelle Oswald met with city attorney on Thurs day She has filed a tort claim notice with the northern Indiana city the first step in pursuing a lawsuit husband Greg was shot by Robert Wissman on Dec 6 at Nu Wood Decorative Mill work Wissman also shot six oth er employees before killing him self The six other employees sur vived their wounds but one man still remains in critical condition Police say Wissman was dis traught over a at work when he opened fire at the factory Oswald says police waited two hours to enter the plant after the shooting began and then took nearly five hours to inform her about her death She also says her husband called police before the shooting to tell them that Wissman posed a threat
