Air Force Staff Sgt. Steven M. McCarter is serving with the coalition forces in the Arabian Gulf Region in support of Desert Storm Southern Watch and Cease Fire. He is a fuels supervisor at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Ariz. McCarter is the son of Roxie E.
