TV Pravitwt BIST BET The Hollywood Pelece cloios out its season with Blng Crosby making his 18th appearance as host. As usual, it's a show tightly-packed with talent including the entire singing King family, right down to Marilyn's baby. Another high spot: Don Amcche and Frances Langford recreating their famous characters, The Bickersons. Frances and Bing also get together to rib Aineche on his great invention (the telephone) with a medley of 20 tunes like "All Alone by the Telephone." Song stylist Barbara McNalr is slightly great singing "You're Gonna' Hear From Me," and comedian Louis Nye will tickle your funnybone as a hipster making a bank loan. There's also Yonley, a pianist in the Victor Borge manner, and the Pollack Bros.

Elephants. p.m., Channel 2. Major League Batoball features the Atlanta Braves and the Pittsburgh Pirates from Forbes Field, Pittsburgh. 1:15 p.m.,; conclusion, Channel 5. Natchitoches. La. p.m.. Channel 2. Flipper.

The promise is that, In certain areas, the dolphin is superior to humans, and. with the amazing talents of this show's star, it is quite believable. It's all about i a wave which Flipper detects, and the flurry excitement cnuspd by Ranger Ricks' warning. But the storm doesn't materialize, or at least not right away, and the wrath of the townspeople descends on Flipper and friends. Can you guess the rest? Repeat.

p.m., Channel S. Tho Jeckle Gleeson Show. Jackie Gleason as Ralph Krnm- den spoofs himself In one of this series more imaginative and entertaining productions. As "Tie Honeymooners" leading light, he again lets his mouth get him into trouble by boasting of a friendship with Gleason. This leads to the Raccoons assigning Ralph tu invite Jackie to star at the annual dance.

Most of the fun comes when Ralph meets the real Art Carney, Sheila MacRae and Jane Kean and is shunned by the Great One. Repeat. p.m., Channel 4. Don't Eat tho Deities is turned over in large part to the Nash family's lively male quartet and an equally lively "ghost" who is acquainted with Joan and Jim. The improbable plot has the boys investigating a haunted house, inhabited by one Malcolm Darrington, an actor who never won any awards.

And that includes the ghostly role he plays for the boys. Harry Townes plays Malcolm. Repeat. p.m., Channel 5. Got Smart.

There is one terribly funny moment in "A Spy for a Spy." The Chief has been kidnapped by KAOS, and Maxwell Smart is determined to get him back, but not if it means exchanging the secrets of the country's latest laser powered missile detector. He gives KAOS a dummy one, and KAOS In return gives Smart a dummy Chief. Bernie Kopell is the villain. Repeat. p.m., Channel 5.

Million: Impoiiible concludes its suspenseful two-parter, "Old Man Out," which concerns Steven Hill and comrades trying to slip a Cardinal out of maximum security prison on the wrong side of the Iron Curtain. Story picks up where Martin Landau discovers tht churchman has been moved to a new jail. Masquerading as carnival performers, Hill and crew then stage a dandy but precarious es- cape, which unfortunately at the last minute goes wrong. Also watch for Barbara Bain and Mary Ann Mobley to provide a little side show of their own by pulling each other's hair. Repeat.

p.m., Channel 4. Pistols 'n' Petticoats. For a moment or two it looks as if there may be some fun. Julie Parrish turns up as Bitter Blossom, a girl who was stolen by the Indians when sh? was a child. Instead of greeting her pa (Jack Albertson) with a gentle hug and a squeeze she tackles him as if he a mean coyote, and almost claws him to death.

Rest of the show sinks into inane trivia. Repeat. p.m, Channel 4. Saturday Night it tho Movioi. "The Man Who Knew Much" is second-rate Alfred Hitchcock.

Nevertheless, this 1956 film has some exciting moments as James Stewart and Doris Day play "all American tourists" on a holiday in Morocco who get mixed up with a murder plot. Anxious moments include ones in which their small son is kidnapped. Miss Day frets. Stewart groans and says "gawsh." Repeat. p.m., Channel 5.

Guntmokt. The morals of Marsha. Dillon are sorely put to the test on this action-packed outing. It's one loyalty pitted against another when a crowd of fun-starved cowboys i Dodge City, threatening good naturedly to tear it apart. The group is lead by a trail boss who recently saved Dillon's life, and the problem of what to do awaits the marshal's decision.

But not for long. Repeat. 9-10 p.m., Channel! OUT OUR WAY Sunday's TV BEST BETS Tho NBC Theatre comes up with another winner with "A Boston Pops Concert for Youngsters." Arthur Fiedler (who else?) conducts a program which consists of Saint- Saens' witty "Carnival of Animals" dnd Benjamin Britten's "The Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra." During the Saint-Saens piece, artist Lisl Well (who appeared on a Children's Theatre show a season ago) will draw animals in time to the music. Ogden Nash's verses about the music can swim sitting down; for pure conceit, he takes the crown. He looks in the mirror over and over and claims never to have head of are read by Hugh Downs.

Ara Berberian, David Clatworthy, Ray de Voll, Joanna Simon and Fred Mayer are the principal singers. a.m., Channel 4.

Jack Paar and a Funny Thing Happened on tho Way to Holly wood is a great show for movie buffs. Paar's guests are Bob Newhart and Judy Garland (picked by Paar because he says she's "one of the great raconteurs among but the real stars of the show are the film clips. For instance Paar conducts a press conference with Gov. Ronald Reagan, with Reagan's answers being lines from his movies. A Busby Berkeley dance spectacle is seen with "Winchester Cathedral" and "Downtown" synchronized as the music.

One of the funniest segments shows bloopers made by Reagan, William Lundigan and John Payne as they were making World War II Army training films. 9-10 p.m., Channel 5. Moot tho Press. The vice president and premier of the Republic of China, C. K.

Repeat. 3-4 p.m., Channel 2. Tho 21st Century takes a look at the peaceful uses of atomic enargy in "The Mighty Atom." The FBI. "The Assassin" is a tough case. Word is out that an American missionary bishop, with a peace offer from Red China, is coming to the U.S. where he will be assassinated.
