Johnson of Tippecanoe Superior Court cited a lengthy criminal record when he sentenced Anthony Richard 21 of Lafayette He gave Richard an 18 year sentence and suspended six years of it Richard was arrested in June 1989 after he sold LSD to a police informant In exchange for the guilty plea Deputy Prosecutor Tim Kern dismissed burglary and marijuana possession charges that were filed in other Tippecanoe County courts i Kern said Richard still is facing a charge in Ham ilton County that he sold a counterfeit drug at Deer Creek Music Center last summer Richard also had theft and probation
