The ETV building here is located on Ninth Avenue, north of College Boulevard.

The two-story structure has two studies, prop rooms, storage space, engineerng and control rooms, an art room and office space. Mrs. Carpenter's staff presently consists of two producer-directors, two engineers, two artists, a technician and a cameraman.
