"We should do things that the classroom teacher doesn't have the time to do," she said. Also, sometimes, things that the classroom teacher does not have the skill to do. The ETV building here is located on Ninth Avenue, north of College Boulevard.

The two-story structure has two studies, prop rooms, storage space, engineerng and control rooms, an art room and office space. Mrs. Carpenter's staff presently consists of two producer-directors, two engineers, two artists, a technician and a cameraman.
