The Waggoner brothers, Harold Wilbur and Marvin operators of the Waggoner Transfer were acquitted by a federal court jury of six men and' six women after 30 minutes of deliberation late yesterday. 23 UP--The oigan- izing committee for the 1948 Olympic games today made the i official announcement a Germany and Japan will not take part in the 14th Olymp'iad. The committee gave no details on its decision to exclude the defeated nations. The announcement said merely that "invitations will be sent out by the organizing committee to participate in the 1948 games early in the year. Germany and Japan will not be included." Releasing for the tirst time its preparations for the games, the group named July and Augui-t 1948, as the dales of the opening and closing ceremonies, and listed 17 athletic events.
