OBITUARIES HARRY M. BUDIN, 85, of Honolulu, June 19, 1990. He was in Pawnee Valley, and as principal Waimanalo School in 1966. He was elementary administrator at several schools on the islands of Hawaii and Oahu. Survived by nieces, Barbara Nichols of California and Pearl Ann Adams of Colorado; nephews, Tyson Phillips and Paul and Rudy Budin, all Colorado.

Service in Colorado. Private burial in Kaneohe. MARGARET SAYRES CHAPIN, 86, of Kailua, died May 29, 1990. She was born in Honolulu. Survived by sons, Preston and Peter: brother.

She was born in Hilo and was a retired proprietress of the former Fashionette Beauty Salon in Hilo. She was also a member of the Waiakea Houselots Lower Kumiai. Survived by husband, Masaru "Cliff" Nagayama; brothers, Setsuo and Takeshi Takemoto of California and Takemoto of Pearl City; nieces and nephews.
