Badgley Drive Jackie will become the bride of Jim Toepfer on August 4th Wears Sheath Dress For the event the bride elect donned a pale blue embroidered linen sheath dress she received her degree she was corresponding secretary for her sorority Kappa Alpha Theta Student Affiliations Levi is the son of Mr and Mrs Leroy Levi of Bakersfield He attended Shafter High School and Bakersfield College and was graduated from San Jose State College where he was president of the Interfratemity Council an associate justice of the student body and a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity Before leaving for her honeymoon the bride changed to a three piece powder blue silk linen suit with a hat of lily of the valley and white patent accessories She wore a corsage of white phaelaenopsis orchids The parents were hosts to a rehearsal dinner in the garden of their home with oval necklines cap sleeves small tailored bows on the bodice and bouffant skirts They wore matching Dior bows with circular veils as headpieces and carried colonial bouquets of pink daisies Fraternity Brothers Jay Steiner a brother of the bride was the best man Ushers were another brother Tim Steiner of Sacramento Robert Levi of Bakersfield a brother of the bridegroom Stanley Imus of Burlingame Dan Plumley of San Rafael and William Swain of Stock-ton all fraternity brothers of the bridegroom The bride is a graduate of Bishop Armstrong High School where she was president of the senior class She is a former president of the Mercy Childrens Hospital Guild Juniors At San Jose State College from where 1 1 Katherine antique gold and diamond pendant worn by her great grandmother the late Mrs John Fuller and her paternal grandmother Mrs Theodore Steiner Mrs Levi carried a colonial bouquet of white daisies Carole Carlson was the maid of honor Bridesmaids were Karen Morebeck Cecelia Mobley both of Sacramento Mrs Marshall Droese of Millbrae a cousin of the bride and Sue Levi of Bakersfield the sister Pamela Steiner a sister of the bride was the junior bridesmaid A cousin Karen Aderhold was the flower girl The attendants were identically attired in street length gowns of petal pink polished cotton
