ALABAMA ELECTION Democrats will Change Con stitution. The Disfranchising of Ignorant Vo ters will be the issue in July. Despite Jthe oppo sition of the Republicans it appears practically certain that the convention will be held, and that it will result in an altera tion of the state constitution so as to disfranchise the ignorant negroes.
