on Feb. 13, 1976 in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, De ment of Finance, City Hall. JAMES K. SAKAI Director of Finance City and County of Honolulu (Hon Jan. 27, 29, 31; Feb.

2, 4, 1976) (A-10730) purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of NOTICE TO CREDITORS the above-named decedent, together with a partment of Finance, County of Kauai, Lihue, IN THE CIRCUIT- IN THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF REGULATORY AGENCIES OF THE STATE OF IIAWAH In the Matter of the Reduction of the Capital Stock of JAMES JASPER ENTERPRISES, LTD. a Hawaii corporation NOTICE OF PROPOSED REDUCTION OF CAPITAL STOCK Notice is hereby given that JAMES JASPER ENTERPRISES, LTD. proposes to reduce its authorized capital stock from $150,000 divided into 150,000 shares of the tor of the Office of Council Services, earn more than City department heads. AKAHANE LATER pointed out that the reason both earn more is that Administration executives refused to accept two per cent raises, to $35,245, awarded by the Council in August. Fasi at that time voluntarily reduced his pay from $41,388 to $40,000.

The raises approved by the Council in August were intended to keep salaries of City executives above the civil service pay of their subordinates. Akahane said yesterday four City civil service employes now receive higher pay than their immediate executive-level superiors. He added that if the trend continues, it "will result in a severe dislocation" of the entire salary Petition praying for Pro A suggestion from Mayor Frank F. Fasi that City Council members cut their pay went nowhere with Council Chairman George Akahane yesterday. Instead, Akahane indicated that Council members are not paid enough.

FASI WROTE a letter to Akahane this week in which he said that "you would do much to restore the public's confidence in you and your body if you cut your pay." Fasi noted in passing that he and "a number of my fellow elected officials throughout the nation" including New York Mayor Abraham Beame, Connecticut Gov. Ella Grasso and California Gov. Jerry Brown have reduced their salaries voluntarily. Fasi also said Peter Leong and Wilfred Mita, director and deputy direc Kauai, Hawaii for the NOTICE TO CREDITORS COURT OF THE-FIRST OF HAWAII Estate of DOUGLAS C. FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF TRAFFIC SIGNS AND POSTS bate thereof and issuance of Letters Testamentary to MASAYE HORH and KENNETH HORH.

AKAHANE, AS chairman, draws an annual salary of $19,250. The other eight Council members are paid $17,500. Those salaries are based on the City Charter provision that the Council be a "part-time" body, Akahane said. However, he said, despite being paid for part-time work, Council members are working full time at their jobs. The Council has a citizens' committee studying whether a Charter amendment calling for a full-time Council should be put on the ballot this year.

Fasi is opposed to that move. If the committee recommends that the proposed amendment go on the ballot, Akahane said, a related action will be taken: "to ask the people of this county for equity in the salaries of Council members." Akahane also disputed Fasi's contention that the public lacks confidence in the Council. FORD, Deceased, Probate No. 33007. Ail creditors of the ESTATE OF EULOGIO ARUCAN OLIVA, Deceased Probate No.
