In story about the mishap, Saturday, the Telegraph mentioned that request for the ambulance was made to Alton police department by Edmund E. Heinemann, but it was said today by Heinemann of 2404 LaSalle, that this was an error, his name having been confused with that of his son when an official record was made. Hienemann said that his son chanced to pass on the state route shortly after the accident, and on finding the young men in the wrecked car had been injured, hurriedly drove on to the nearest telephone to call assistance for them. Pvt.

Hienemann now is in his fifth year of service in the Marine Corps and when he arrived las week on a 22-day "it was the first time he had been home in about two and a half years. Heinemann recently has been stationed at Camp Pendleton, Calif. He landed on return from last Feb.
