Russia and Chlaa. Niw York, Feb. 9 An important treaty has been concluded between Russia and China, by which five ports in China have been opened to the Russians. Line Fire at Louisville, Feb 9 A block of warehouses, valued at $60,000, and occupied by Messrs. Gallagher, Atkinson, Dartley Johnson and Summers, four of the prominent merchants of Louisville, has been destroyed by fire.
