Tyson, KGTJ radio announcer, had been visiting over the week-end at the home of M. A. Mulsony at Lanl-kai. She suffered a stroke Saturday night and her condition took a decided turn for the worse at 5 a. m.

Sunday. Brought over the Pall to the Queen's hospital, she died shortly after. But 43 years of age, Mrs. Tyson waa a native of Maul. In her girlhood she accompanied the late Queen Liliuokalanl, with whom she was a favorite, on several visits' to the Mainland.

Mrs. Tyson was one of Hawaii' foremost alnger and Hawaiian songs when sung by her had a charm which only the true artist can give them. She sang with her heart. Mr. Tyson was favorite with radio audiences and was heard frequently over KGTJ, The Advertiser radio station, and also over KG MB.

She was one of Hawaii best known musical entertainer and In this capacity made a number of trip to the Mainland.
