At all drug counters. NEW YORK (AP) An early advance in stock market prices today faltered in the face of profit-taking pressure. Trading was active. The Dow Jones average of 30 industrials, which had been ahead more than 8 points near the session's start, was up only 0.37 at 859.96 by 2 p.m. Advances on the New York Stock Exchange, which had held a 5- to-1 edge over declines, were ahead by 3 to 2.

Analysts linked the early upsurge to a cut by the Federal Reserve in margin requirements to 55 per cent from 65 per cent. The move, which came Friday after the close of trading, cut the required down payment on credit purchases of listed issues and about 5001 over-the-counter issues. White Cathedral of Divine Science, Arthur Creech One of the newer developing religious groups in Hutchinson is the White Cathedral of Divine Science at 1703 West 4th. Additions to physical properties are being made, Arthur Creech, ordained leader, reports. A new organ was given to the group by Phil Reed. A piano is being purchased. Furnishings are paid for.

The front of the small meeting place has been carpeted. The picture shows the front of the church. In April 1954 a Bible Spiritualist Church was chartered by the First Society of State Spiritualists at Wells, Kan. Name of the church was The Church of Eternal Truth with meetings held in Creech's home, 619 East 8th. Creech was ordained Aug.

18, 1954 and assigned to the local church. Creech has been active in other states since then, serving in Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska, Colorado, California and Arizona with the American Spiritualist Alliance. In the spring of 1970 it was voted to work for a charter given by the State of Kansas. The result: The White Cathedral of Divine Science of the Kansas Christian Spiritualist Assn. Inc.

Average attendance has been 45 to 50 with meetings held Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights with additional services Sunday afternoon. Jim Chadwick, who practices divine healing, has been conducting services this month. And added Creech: We are known as the church with a different program each Sunday.
