The movement's stockade is not an armed compound like that at Waco, Texas, but a plethora of militias all over the country, its bunker is not a dugout somewhere in the Rocky Mountains like that of the old right-wing paramilitaries, but the infinite space of the computer Internet and the radio airwaves. And the think tank of this electronic miasma is Radio Free World, on air for the moment via a cassette tape entitled The Panic Project, the cover of which shows the station's host, Anthony Hilder, atop what has become known as Freedom Ridge, our perch overlooking the secret Air Force base at Area 51.
