The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Paris of Columbia Crossroads, Pa. The bridegroom is the son of Ronald Richter of Owego, and the late Helen Richter. The bride was escorted by her father.

April Paris, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Diana Finnerty and Darla Finnerty, cousins of the bride, Laura McDuffee and Brenda Richter, sisters of the bridegroom, and Luanda Lutz were bridesmaids. Glen Klett, cousin of the bridegroom, was best man. David Klett, cousin of the bridegroom, James McDuffee, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Christopher Paris, cousin of the bride, Gary Brink and William Lutz ushered. Completing the wedding party as flower girls and ringbearer were Ashley Packard and Charity Learn, cousins of the bride, and Jeremy Johnson.
