BIRMINGHAM CORN MARKET, Thureday, July 20 -During the present week, owing to the unexpected fall in Mark Lane, few sales have been made in wheat, although offered at a reduction of 3g. to 44. ver quarter. Grinding burley and hate 15. per quarter lower.

Beans night have been purchased on rather casier terms. At this day's market, there was a good supply of wheat from the farmers, and the trule dull at a reduction Is. of 2s, 3s. to 4s. quarter per quarter.

LIVERPOOL CORN MARKET, Friday, July Tuesday, the eleetion has in some measure interfered with the usual course of business, but the grain market has been dull, and purchases might have been ettected on rather cagier terms. This morning, there was but a limited attendance of country buyers, and the business transacted in wheat was only to a very moderate extent; all descriptions were 30. to 4d. per bushel lower. Flour was also 19.

Gd. per barrel lower, and in I'mited request. Oats supported Tuesday's currency, and there was no change in the value of meal; but Indian corn was again rather cheaper, and barley declined 3d. per bushel. The weather continues one.

WAKEFIELD CORN MARKET, Friduy, July 30. The continued tine weather, and the near approach of hurvest under circumstances of a very favourable kind, 50 far as respects the appearance of the crops, have much affected our market to and the business done is on the most lunated scale. Wheat is slow sale, at a decline of per quarter. Beans, Outa, and other articles are cuch in such hunted request, that quotations are dithcult to make with correctnos, but prices are lower where bales are effected. Friday evening, July 30, 1847. We have had throughout the past week only a very Limited demand for American cotton, but as cotton has! been only sparingly offered, very full prices have been maintained. Egyptians and Brazils hare been steady, the reduced stocks rendering extensive operations impracticable. Surats have been well supported. Speculators have taken 2,400 of American; and 300 bales of Surat cotton, and 960 bales of American have been sold for export.

The total sales for the week amount to 18,130 bales, Sea Islands, 20d. 100 Pernams, 8gd. to 87d. 160 Stained do. 101d.
