Island NY will present a sacred-music concert Feb 2 at 8 pm in the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church The concert will be sponsored by the Lutheran Ministerial Association of the San Joaquin Valley Mrs Pat Rudolph ticket chairman of the concert committee announced ticket chairmen have been named in all Lutheran churches In the valley Donations of $125 a person or $3 a family will be asked Tickets will be available at the door PM The Cedar Avenue Baptist Church will open its recently dedicated sanctuary for public viewing during an open house program between 2:30 and 5:30 pm tomorrow No service will be held The sanctuary which completes the building program started in 1953 cost $171000 The frame and stucco building has an interior of plaster Philippine mahogany paneling and laminated arches It
