Tribune Sunday, July 29, 1990 Weddings Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Hastings Former Susan Walden Hastings-Walden Susan Walden and Douglas Hastings were united in marriage Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at the Main Street Christian Church in Russiaville. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev.

David Woods. A reception followed at the Ritz Charles in Carmel. Susan is the daughter of Dan and Donna Walden of 5920 Harvard Drive. She is a 1964 graduate of Western High School and a 1987 graduate of Indiana University. She is a respiratory therapist at St.

Vincent's Hospital. Douglas is the son of Nancy Hastings and David Hastings of Indianapolis. He is a 1983 graduate of Mooresville High School and a 1988 graduate of GMI Engineering and Management Institute. He is a manufacturing engineer for Allison Transmission. Jodi Jackson of Indianapolis was the maid of honor.

Kim Smith, Chris Boyd, and Karen Rea, cousin of the bride, were bridesmaids. Jeff Hastings, brother of the bridegroom of Sunnyvale, was the best man. John O'Brien, Randy Sokol and Eric Grubb were the groomsmen. Jon and Greg Walden, brothers of the bride, seated guests. They are honeymooning in Jamaica and will live in Plainfield.

Austin-Swing Beverly Kay Swing and David Thomas Gilmore Austin exchanged wedding vows Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the First Christian Church. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Fred Dorisse. A reception was held at the Swing Farm in Galveston.

Beverly is the daughter of Betty Swing of Galveston and the late Robert Swing. She is a 1977 graduate of Lewis Cass High School and a 1982 graduate of Purdue University. She received her master's degree from Indiana University in 1988. She is a specical education teacher at Western School Corp. David is the son of Mr.

and Mrs. Leonard Austin of Anderson. He is a 1976 graduate of Anderson High School and a 1981 gradaute of Indiana State University. He is a buyer for Delco Electroncis. Brenda Coffman, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor.

Allyson Reed, sister of the bridegroom, was also matron of honor. Kelly Salmons was the flower girl. The bride was escorted by Monty Buffum. Vince Catanese and Scott Yancey were the best men. Chuck Mr.

and Mrs. Patrick Plummer Former Tonya Broerman Plummer-Broerman Tonya Renese Broerman and Patrick Arlo Plummer exchanged wedding vows July 21 at 6 p.m. at the Brookside Free Methodist Church. The Rev. Dan Cloud officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

A reception followed at the Izaak Walton League Clubhouse. Tonya is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Broerman of Sharpsville. She is a 1985 graduate of Taylor High School and a 1989 graduate of Ball State University.

She is employed by Sycamore Inc. inNoblesville. Patrick is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Plummer of Anderson.

He is a 1985 graduate of Frankton High School and a 1989 graduate of Ball State University. He is a marketing director for First National Bank in Anderson. Alecia Uttinger was the maid of honor. Kim Allison, Venus Butcher, cousin of the bride, Diane Hillman, Lynn Schmitt, and Jennifer Brown were bridesmaids. Russell Huff of Anderson was the best man.

Marc French, Mike LeMaster, Curtis Wilhelm, Robert Hart and Kenny Johnson were groomsmen. Tony Broerman, brother of the bride, seated guests. Josh Lindley was the ring bearer. They took a honeymoon trip to Jamaica and live in Anderson. Mrs.

David Austin Former Beverly Swing Jackson, cousin of the bride, and Jeff Reed, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, seated guests. Ryan Reed, nephew of the bridegroom, was the ring bearer. They are honeymooning in Chicago and will take a delayed trip in the winter. They, will live in Kokomo. Mr.

and Mrs. Thomas Wagener Former Jeannie Hedrick Wagener-Hedrick Jeannie Marie Hedrick and Thomas Grant Wagener were united in marriage July 14 at 3:30 p.m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev.

Dave Hellmann. A reception was in Knights of Columbus hall. Jeannie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hedrick Jr.

of 3385 S. Road 400 East. She is a 1985 graduate of Taylor High School and a 1990 graduate of Purdue University. She is a marketing assistant in Indianapolis. Thomas is the son of Mr.

and Mrs. Robert Wagener of Marion. He is a 1984 graduate of Taylor High School and a 1989 graduate of Indiana State University. He is an assistant engineer at Ford Motor Co. in Indianapolis.

Beth McHale was the maid of honor. Teresa Stahl and Amy Cassis were the bridesmaids. Holli Hedrick, niece of the bride, was the flower girl. Jeff Newlin was the best man. Todd Kennedy and Danny Wagener, brother of the bridegroom, were groomsmen.

Jim Silver and Greg Kuhlman seated guests. Jeff Wagener, nephew of the bridegroom, was the ring bearer. They took a honeymoon trip to the Bahamas and live in Indianapolis. Hafler-Ziliak Brenda Ann Ziliak and Scott Michael Hafler were united in marriage June 7, at 3 p.m. at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Evansville.

The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Bob Temme. A reception was held at the Evansville Athletic Club. Brenda is the daughter of David Ziliak of Evansville and the late Karleen Ziliak. She is a 1981 graduate of Evansville Central High School and a 1985 graduate of University of Evansville.

She is a systems engineer at Electronic Data Systems. Scott is the son of Don and Rosalie Hafler of Elmira Heights, N.Y. He is a 1977 graduate of Thomas Edison High School and a 1983 graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton. He is self employed. Jodyne Grenier was the maid of honor.

Judy Paris, Kim Ziliak, sister of the bride, Kris Smith, and Pam Hafler, sister of the bridegroom, were the bridesmaids. Nancy Ziliak, niece of the bride, was the flower girl. Don Hafler, father of the bridegroom of Elmira Heights, was the best man. Tom Hafler, Mr. and Mrs.

Paul Olsen Former Brenda Cotterman Olsen-Cotterman Brenda Susan Cotterman and Paul David Olsen were united in marriage July 14 at 3:30 p.m. at St. Luke's United Methodist Church. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Ed Vasicek and the Rev.

Harold Williams. A reception followed at the church. Brenda is the daughter of David and Judy Cotterman of 1404 Southway Blvd E. She is a 1988 graduate of Taylor High School and is attending Purdue University. Paul is the son of Robert and Isabel Olsen of Libertyville, 111.

He is a 1980 graduate of Libertyville High School and a 1987 graduate of the University of Illinois. He is an engineer at Delco Electronics. Susie Peterson of Peoria, 111., was the maid of honor. Angelia Bolger, Sherry Cotterman, sister of the bride, Michelle Murtagh and Katie Olsen, sister of the bridegroom, were the bridesmaids. Dennis Aldridge was the best man.

Tom Georgiou, Bob Mudra, Dave Noller and Sam Turner were groomsmen. Seating guests were Mike Jirik and Matt Dawson. They took a honeymoon trip to Hawaii and live in West Lafayette. Mr. and Mrs.

B.J. Thomson Former Lisa LeMasters Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Herrington Former Kimberly Hollingsworth Mr. and Mrs.

Scott Hafler Former Brenda Ziliak cousin of the bridegroom; Corey Hafler, brother of the bridegroom; Bret and Brian Ziliak, brothers of the bride, were the groomsmen. The Haflers took a honeymoon trip to the Smoky Mountains and live in Kokomo. Thomsen-LeMasters Herrington-Hollingsworth Lisa Suzanne LeMasters and B.J. Thomsen exchanged wedding vows at 11:30 a.m., June 16 in the Bible Baptist Church. The Revs.

Martin Dittmar and Richard Mclntosh officiated at the double-ring ceremony. A luncheon buffet followed at the Elks Lodge. Lisa is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David LeMasters of Russiaville.

She is a 1987 graduate of Kokomo Christian School and attends Taylor University. B.J. is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thomsen of Waupaca, Wis.

He is a 1986 graduate of Wild Rose High School and a 1990 graduate of Taylor University. He is employed by WBAT in Marion. Jennifer MrCormick of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was the maid of honor. Tracy Mize, Stephanie Hullinger, cousin of the bride, Kathy Verwer, and Laura Sampson served as bridesmaids. David Karcher of Lancaster, Ohio, was the best man.

Jeff LeMasters, brother of the bride, Mac Guffey, Rich Wilcox, and Thomas Thimm, brother of the bridegroom, were the groomsmen. Robert Thomsen, brother of the bridegroom, and William Tully, seated guests. The Thomsens took a honeymoon trip to Florida and live in Marion. King-Moorman Rebecca Lynn Moorman and Gregory Mack King were married March 31 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hemlock Friends Church in Hemlock.

The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Revs. Doug Shoemaker and Greg Reed The reception was held in the church. Rebecca is the daughter of Elizabeth Moorman of 2920 Road 344 East and Randall Moorman of 2900 N. Apperson St. She is a 1986 graduate of Taylor High School and attends Clark's Beauty Academy.

She is a teacher and cook at Learning Tree Day Care Center. Gregory is the son of Joyce King. of 2601 W. Alto Road and Glen King of 1101 E. Alto Road.

He is a 1985 graduate of Western High School and is attending Indiana Vocational Technical Institute. He is employed by Sears and Roebuck Co. Shannon Woods of Russiaville was the maid of honor. Connie Moorman, sister of the bride, and Dianna Adams were the bridesmaids. Amanda Jackson, cousin of bridegroom, was the flower girl.

Bill Wyant was the best man. Brian Moorman, brother of the Kimberly Dawn Hollingsworth and Douglas Matthew Herrington were united in marriage June 9 at 2:30 p.m. in New Life Assembly of God Church. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Russell DeBord.

A reception was in Knights of Columbus hall. Kimberly is the daughter of Vern Hollingsworth of 2336 Pebble Beach Drive and Mary Sallee of Kokomo. She is a 1987 graduate of Kokomo High School and attends Indiana University-Kokomo. She is employed by Dad's Deli. Douglas is the son of Mr.

and Mrs. James Herrington of West Terre Haute. He is a 1979 graduate of West Vigo High School and a 1984 graduate of Indiana State University. He is an electrical engineer tor Delco Electronics. Kelly Herr was the matron of honor.

Christy Watkins, Barbara Hettmansperger and Janna Lawson were the bridesmaids. Brian Herrington, brother of the bridegroom of McAllen, Texas.was the best man. Bob Madden, Curt and Phil Herrington, brothers of the bridegroom, were groomsmen. Jeff McDowell, brother of the bride, James Evans, Ravi Aswal and Dave Miller seated guests. The Herringtons honeymooned in Hawaii and live in Kokomo.

Mr. and Mrs. Gregory King Former Rebecca Moorman bride, and Steve Fish were the groomsmen. Jonathan Derby and Amos Taylor seated guests. Kaleb Joyner was the ring bearer.

The Kings took a honeymoon trip to southern Indiana and live in Kokomo. Mr. and Mrs. Rick Banush Former Shelia Barnett Banush-Barnett Shelia Renee Barnett and Rick Lee Banush exchanged wedding vows June 23 at 1 p.m. in Rod- chester at the home of Mr.

and Mrs. George Barnett, parents of the bride. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Samuel Overmeyer. A reception took place at the Knights of Columbus.

Shelia is a 1981 graduate of Rodcherster High School. She is a homemaker. Rick is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Banush of 1231 E.

Wheeler. He is a 1981 graduate of Kokomo High School and is an electrician atREMC Fulton Co. Tamara Harrah, sister of the bride of Indianapolis, was the matron of honor. Michael Sandifur was the best man. The ftgnmht took a wedding trip to Orlando, and will live in Fiscus-Sasse Michelle Sasse and Bradley Fiscus were married June 16 at 2:30 p.m.

at the Oakford Separate Baptist Church in Oakford. The double-ring, candlelight ceremony was performed by the Rev. Jeff Harlow, cousin of the bridegroom. A reception was in the church. Michelle is the daughter of Mr.

and Mrs. Fredrick Sasse of Florence, S.C. She is a 1986 graduate of Carmel High School and a 1990 graduate of Indiana University. She attends Indiana University School of Medicine. Bradley is the son of Mr.

and Mrs. Donald Fiscus of Sharpsville. He is a 1984 graduate of Tri-Central High School and a 1989 graduate of Indiana University. He is a teacher and coach at Marion- Adams Junior-Senior High School in Sheridan. Sherry Frey of Indianapolis, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor.

Kristi Highland of Bloomington was the maid of honor. Debbie Neal and Lynn Jurney, sister of the bridegroom, were the bridesmaids. Abbie Fiscus, niece of the bridegroom, was the flower girl. Donald Fiscus, father of the bridegroom, was the best man. Rick Grimme.

Brad Etheridge Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Fiscus Former Michelle Sasse and Stuart DeVaul were groomsmen. Barry and Alan Fiscus, brothers of the bridegroom, John Jurney, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Steven Frey, brother-in-law of the bride, seated guests. Joey Grimme was the ring bearer.

The Fiscuses took a trip to Hilton Head Island, S.C., and live inWestfield. Smith-Ray Is Cathy Lynn Rayls and Jeffery Smith were united in marriage July 14 at 1 p.m. in Lynhurst Baptist Church in Indianapolis. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Ronald Ricketts.

The reception was in the church. Cathy is the daughter of Carol Julius and daughter and stepdaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Rayl of 3808 Carmelita Blvd. She is a graduate of Western High School and a 1990 graduate of Ball State University.

She is an art teacher. Jeffery is the son of Wayne and Nancy Smith of Plainfield. He is a a 1990 graduate of Ball State University and is a physics teacher at Lawerence North High School. Mannie Gaiter, of Munice, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Bettis and Cari Cavin.

Chris Cutshaw of Plainfield was the best man. Mark Hester and Scott Nixon were groomsmen. They took a honeymoon to Tennessee and live in Indianapolis.
