Soviet Premier Alexei Kosygin entered the home: tretch of his week's visit Turkey -today with more sightseeing and a possible final round of talksthis time informal- with Pre. mier Sulemen Demirel. Kosygin, the first Soviet Premier to visit Turkey, spent the weekend touring the historic Bosporus Straits.

SPRINGVILLE Alton Roswell Snow, 62, well known Springville dairyman died Saturdoy night at the LD pital in Salt Lake City, to 1 lowing long illness. He was born Mar. 14, 1904, in Provo, a son of Roswell and Mary Mr. Snow Alice Halladay Snow. He married Julina (Julia) Harris on Apr.

23, 1928 in FarmInglon. He was a member of the LDS Church and was president of the Snow Dairy and Town Pride dairy. He was a member of the Springville Chamber of Commeros and was an adrent sports. man, loving hunting, fishing and horseback riding. Surviving are his widow of Springville, two sons and three daughters, Boyd A.

and Robert D. Snow, Mrs. Nadien Hales, Mrs. LaMar (Delia) Graves, and Mrs. Terry (Marilyn) Far-135 ney; 17 grandchildren, one brother and three sisters; Mrs.

A. L. (Delva) Johnson; Earl Snow of Salt Lake City; and Mrs. W. L.

(Lucille) Mann of Semi, and Mrs. H. K. (Reva) Newton of Provo. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m, in the Springville First LDS Ward Chapel with Bishop Don Watts of the Twelfth Ward officiating.

Friends may call at the Wheeler Mortuary, 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday or Wednesday prior to services. Burial will be in the Provo City Cemetery. Florence Holdaway Higginson Jensen, 76, 64 -N. 3rd died Friday at her home of natural causes. She was born April 14, 1890 Lin Vernal to, Thomas T. and Mary Eliza White: Holdaway. She married Jacob Benjamin Higginson Dec.

15, 1919 in the Salt Lake, Temple. He died June 6, 1928. She married Waldemar Jensen Sept. 16, 1930 in -Salt Lake City. He died 15 years ago.

A member of the LDS Church, she served a mission to the Western States. She was member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She is survived by. two sons and three daughters, Jay B. Higginson, Lake side, N.

Fire Sweeps Apartment, Kills Three NEW YORK (UPI) -Recovering from surgery and mourning the recent deaths of both her husband and mother, Mrs. Gertrude Daly took her four children to Mass Christmas Eve. Within minutes after returning home, three of the widow's children were killed in a fire which destroyed their six room Queens apartment.

Mrs. Daly, 41, was preparing a late snack for her children when the fire apparently broke out in an unoccupied store beneath her apartment. Mrs. Daly told fire officials the entire building was immediately plunged into darkness. The ailing widow and her 18.

year-old daughter, Alice Bonnie were able to reach the stairs, and safety, Firemen found the bodies of Noreen, 17, James, 15, and Kathleen, 10, in the smoking ruin of the building after the three-alarm blaze was put out. Provo Man Succumbs In Hospital Lee Clark Morgan, 74, died this morning in the Utah Valley Hospital of Natural causes. He was born Oct. 3, 1892 at Levan, Utah, the son of John Athos and Mary Elizabeth 'Morgan. He married Theresa Fern Carter on June 4.

1913 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Nov. 9, Mr. Morgan 1960. He taught school in Mills, Nephi, and Provo, and was a bookkeeper the Ironton plant for 32 years.

He was active in the LDS Church as superintendent of Sunday school, president of elders quorum and a vishop's counselor for a number of years. He was bishop of the Bonneville Ward in Provo for 8 years. He moved to Provo In 1916 and had lived here since, except from 1956 to 1960 when he lived in Salt Lake City. He is survived by: four sons and one daughter; Gilbert Lee Morgan, Saugus, Ned M. Morgan, Provo; John Elmo Morgan, Orem; Robert C.

Morgan, Magna; Mrs. Bessie Miller, Provo; 31 grandchildren, great grandchildren. Funeral services will be announced tomorrow by the Chapel of Memories Mortuary in Provo. Central Beth Holmes Kaze, 42, 1261 W. 600 Provo, died Sunday evening at home following. a long illness. She was born Sept. 10, 1924, in Kanosh, a daughter of Ershel Barnes and Hattie Abbott Holmes.

She married T. E. (Tug) Kaze Feb. 2, 1952, in Elko, Nev. She Mrs.

Kaze had made her home in Provo since her marriage. She attended Kanosh schools and Fillmore High School. She: worked in Provo for several years as a waitress. She was a member of the LDS Church and was historian and teacher the Primary She was a member of the Women's Council and Ladies of Elks. Her hobbies were flowers and gardening.

She is survived by her husband; three sons and one daughter, Robert V. Munson; Taft Kevin Kaze, Michael Tad Kaze and JoLynn Kaze, all of Provo; mother Mrs. Holmes of Kanosh. one brother and one sister, Mrs. Bert (Ruth) WillEphraim; LaVell E.

Grove Plans Skiing Program PLEASANT GROVE Plans for ski classes in the coming winter were announced by the local recreation committee. Junior Bounous, director of Timp Haven Ski School, will direct the classes. The lessons will begin during the Christmas holidays and continue on alternate Saturdays during January and February. The course will consist of a dry land session and six snow sessions. Registrations for the classes will be held at the city offices or by calling Blake Fordham, 785-2627.

Students are asked to carefully check the days of the program and bus pick-up times. There have been many improvements on the main ski runs to relieve congestion. Major improvements have also been made in the lift for loading and safety first. The dry land session begins Dec. 26, to 6 p.m., North Park.

Snow sessions will be conducted Dec. 28, Dec. 30, Jan, 14, Jan. 28, Feb. 11 and Feb.

The problem will be to amend the constitution so that the Congress is kept apportioned as ordered by the federal court decisions. A legislative study committee, headed by Neal A. Maxwell, vice president of the University of Utah, is now preparing a report on how this may be accomplished.
