My brother Andy and I plead guilty to causing name confusion. For years we've been known for our first-class banquet facility, the Zeris Inn.

Our banquet customers tell us that Zeris is the best banquet buy with the best food they've ever had. So a couple of years ago, Andy and I agreed to create the finest continental cuisine restaurant in Morris County. And patrons tell us we've really done that. But people still call us Zeris. However our restaurant name is my name plus Andy's Chrisandis located at 372 Route 46E in Mountain Lakes, right in front of Zeris Banquets.

We're open six days a week, closed Monday, and have a wide variety of truly elegant meals at reasonable prices. Our sauces are superb and we offer a friendly atmosphere. We've decided to have a Summer Jamboree to publicize the name Chrisandis. After all, a restaurant this good deserves to be called by its right name. Tuason is a dance enthusiast who decided she wanted to open a dance studio, and after much research, chose the Fred Astaire Organization. She contacted the New Jersey Regional Office about purchasing a franchise, and after four months of discussions and planning, the studio is now open for business. Jeff Down, the former owner of the Columbus, Ohio, Fred Astaire Dance Studio, as well as former manager of the new Fred Astaire Studio in Englewood, is the second part of this trio of owners. John Penatello, the son of Charles Penatello, and also the assistant regional director for New Jersey Fred Astaire Dance Studios, rounds out this trio of owners.

Penatello was the manager of the Ridgewood Fred Astaire Dance Studio before being promoted to the regional office. About the trio, Charles Penatello said, "I think this trio is going to work out to do a tremendous job. With Ms. Tuason, a dance hobbyist, we will get a better feel of what a student might want, while with Mr. Down, we have an extremely experienced dancer and operator at the helm."
