Richard C. Board, who teaches 11th grade mathematics at Moravia High School, will teach a three-credit computer science course for Cayuga Community College. People may enroll in the course at 6 p.m. today in the high school; it runs from 6:15 to 10 p.m., today through May 6. Robert J.

Cull is on the dean's list at Western Kentucky University for the second time. He is the son of Duncan E. and Elinor B. Cull of 104 Burleigh Drive, Ithaca. Michael B.

DeLage was scheduled to photograph marchers from the Mercant Marine Academy (Kings Point) when they were to have marched in President Ronald W. Reagan's inaugural parade last week. No word if DeLage took any pictures. He is the son of David B. and Terry B.

Ferner Bonnie L. Bauchle, 21, of DuBois Road, died Sat- ELMIRA Jean G. Ferner, 61, of 723 W. Water urday, Jan. 26, 1985, at Canton-Potsdam at Potsdam.

Miss Bauchle was a student Clarkson University in Potsdam. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Ithaca and the Tompkins Community Hospital Auxiliary. She is survived by her parents, H. Robert and Fern Bauchle of Ithaca; three sisters, Mrs. John H.

(Linda) Liddle of Henrietta, Mrs. Keith C. (Dianne) Stevenson of Trumansburg and Mrs. Robert E. (Susan) Wood of Ithaca; two brothers, Dennis R.

Bauchle of Ithaca and Theodore Bauchle at home; paternal grandparents, Harold T. and Erma K. Bauchle of Henrietta; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev.

Donald Cario officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church memorial fund.

Ness Funeral Home of Trumansburg is in charge of arrangements. Constance E. Reynolds SEMPRONIUS Constance E. Reynolds, 36, of Phillips Road, Sempronius, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 1985, as a result of an automobile accident on Route 41A in Homer.

Born Aug. 28, 1948, in Sherwood, she was the daughter of Fred E. and Freida May Frost of Sempronius. Mrs. Reynolds was employed as a line operator at Buckbee-Mears in Cortland.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Dayton Reynolds; a son, Darren E. Reynolds; a daughter, Jennifer L. Reynolds, all of Sempronius; five brothers, Earl Frost of Cortland, Eugene Frost of Harford, Raymond Frost of Moravia, Roland Frost of Binghamton and Gary Frost of Port Byron; five sisters, Evelyn VanLew of Cortland, Sharon Tibbits of Locke, Joyce Tyrrell, Linda Cole and Debbie Willcox, all of Moravia. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wade Funeral Home in Moravia with the Rev.

Dale Weed officiating. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery in Dresserville. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Sempronius Baptist Church or to Sempronius Fire Department.

All proceeds benefit the 24-hour crisis service of Ithaca Rape Crisis. "Please Call Police" banners are plastic, reusable banners that can be folded and kept in glove compartments and used to summon help when a motorist is stranded. It can be used to signal a 'good samaritan' to call police, andd can act as a deterrant to troublemakers. History fair deadline April 5 Information and guidelines for entries in the 4th annual Tompkins County History Fair are now available through area school teachers and at the De Witt Historical Society. Deadline is April 5.

The History Fair is April 20. There is no single theme for the fair this year. The main requirement is that entries relate to aspects of Tompkins County history. The fair is for students in grades 4 to 12 in Tompkins County schools. Entries will be judged and winning projects will be exhibited at the museum during May.

Ferner at home; a sister, Mrs. Richard (Justine) Knapp of Fort Myers, five granddaughters and a cousin. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at North Presbyterian Church in Elmira with the Rev. Robert A.

McInery Funeral Home in Elmira is in charge of arrangements. Charles F. Wagner HARFORD Charles F. Wagner, 83, of Route 221, Harford, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 1985, at the Reconstruction Home in Ithaca after a long illness.

He was born Aug. 8, 1901, at Harford, a son of the late George and Anna Hollenbeck Wagner. He was a life-long resident of Harford and had operated a dairy farm there for many years. He was employed in the maintanence department of Cornell University before retiring in 1967. He was a truant officer for Dryden schools.

He is survived by his wife, Veva Padbury of Harford; a stepdaughter, Vicky Hill of Cortland; four stepgrandchildren, David Fox of Dryden, Valerie Fox of Freetown, Kimberly Fuller of Cortland and Linda Fox of Cortland; four great-stepgrandchildren; and a nephew, Martin Wagner of Moravia. Services were held today at Perkins Funeral Home in Dryden with the Rev. Virgil Versteeg of Dryden Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Willow Glen Cemetery. Marjorie Hamilton Marjorie Hamilton, 86, of 1229 Trumansburg Road, died Sunday, Jan.

27, 1985. She was the widow of William (Shorty) Hamilton, who died in 1969. Bangs Funeral Home will announce arrangements.
