Ingri Olsen. S6. member of a well-known and prominent family ir. this area, died Friday afternoon at o'clock at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Minnie Hertheaud.

Route 4, Box Bodega avtnue highway, with whom she has made fcer home for the past five years. A native of Sweden, Mrs. Ol-sn vts the wife of the late Nels Olsen. who was a civic leader, councilman and building contractor in Berkeley. He planned and built the present city hal! in Berkeley.

Mrs. Olsen also was active in organizational work there. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock nt the Parent Funeral Chapel, 216 Washington street. Inteiment will he in the family plot at Liberty Cemetery. Mrs.

Olsen came to the United States 6S years ago and settled in Illinois, leaving there six years later to come to California, where rhe lived in Berkeley. The family later moved to Palm avenue, Penngroe-. Mrs. Olsen went to live at the home of Mrs. Bert-heaud five years ago.

She died following an illness of two weeks. Mrs. Olsen was the mother of Ray jOlsen of Santa Rosa; Arthur Olsen of Penngrove; Mrs. Hertheaud and Mrs. Irene Ruudock of Petaluma; and the late Edward Olsen.

She was the grandmother of Esther Fye, Dorothy N'ilsson, Ruth Polkinghorn, Ada Robinson and Phyllis Nelson. She also leaves 15 great-grandchildren. One sister. Pella Swenson, in Sweden, also survives her.
