I have lived in Lock Haven all my life I have seen it build up I know because my people were all lumberman and worked on wood and brick. Here is a clipping from the paper I wish you would reprint about Lock Haven when we had real leaders. I do not know whether this incorrection should be credited to The Express or the public relation's officer at Gettysburg College: nevertheless, I believe that a clarification is in order. WENTZ To the Editor: I am writing in regards to a problem that has been around for many years and I think that parents and people of the community should get together and solve the problem of smoking in our grade schools and high schools. I do not think the three day suspension they give the children is going to solve the problem. I feel that instead of suspending them from school that the school should come up with some sort of parole system where kids should report to a counselor and be assigned some sort of work duty or some sort of punishment along this line in the school.
