The Daily Chronicle, 98531; Monday, April 30, 1973 man judged innocent of third-degree assault charge A Gienoina man, Paul J. Ray, was found innocent in Lewis County District Court last week of third-degree assault. In other court action, six charges were dismissed, 13 persons pleaded guilty, nine were convicted and one forfeited bail. Defendants, charges and case dispositions were: Dismissed: Jim F. Strickland, Handle, no valid driver's license on person and driving with a suspended license.

Lavern C. Reamer, Mineral, driving on the shoulder of the road. Steven A. Mattson, Seattle, aiding and abetting a drunken driver and reckless driving. Donald J.

Scheneberger, Chehalis, failing to dim headlights. Guilty pleas: Allen K. Pierce, Union, speeding; fined $13 with an additional $12 Gary M. Hartley, Adna, illegal possession of marijuana; placed on probation for one year, sentenced to seven days in jail with an additional 23 days suspended and fined $100 with an additonal $50 suspended. Edward Tyner, Portland, failing to display a driver's license; sentenced to 10 days in jail.

James L. Weibel, Portland, drunken and reckless driving; sentenced to 30 days in jail. Timothy McAllister, Centralia, illegal possession of a controlled substance; sentencing continued. Charles E. Anderson, Chehalis, speeding; ordered to attend driving school, fined $15 with an additional $50 suspended on the condition there be no serious traffic violations for the next six months.

Lavern C. Reamer, Mineral, drunken driving; sentencing Steven A. Mattson, Seattle, drunken driving; sentencing continued until pre- sentence report. Donald J. Scheneberger, drunken driving; five-day jail sentence suspended, fined $100 with an additional $150 suspended, ordered to attend alcohol rehabilitation course and driver's license suspended for 30 days.

Bruce M. Bobbins, Centralia, drunken driving; placed on one year of fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with an additional 30 days suspended on the condition of a successful probation. Jerry L. Murray, Chehalis, drunken 1 driving; sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $100 and driver's license suspended for 60 days. Cathleen D.

Hibbeln, Centralia, speeding; fined $10, ordered to attend drivers' education classes and a $50 fine was suspended on the condition the defendant maintain a good driving record for the next six months. George L. Thompson, Crane driving with a suspended license; $250 fine suspended on the condition the defendant, obtain a license within the next 30 days. Ceccanti, Elbe, speeding; fined $30. Harold Ridenour, Centralia, furnishing alcohol to a minor; sentencing continued until pre-sentence report. Katheryn Rufn, Longview, speeding; fined $13. Stanley A. Wallerstedt, Olympia, drunken driving; sentencing continued until pre-sentence report.

Jorge M. Arancivia, Tacoma, negligent driving; fined $50. Evelyn W. Herschler, Centralia, improper turn; $15 fine suspended and ordered to pay court costs. Penny A.

Jarvis, Randle, speeding; fined $2 with an additional $16 suspended. Ronald Alexander, Portland, no valid driver's license, no valid vehicle license and obstructing a police officer; seven- day jail sentence suspended and ordered to pay court costs. Ball forfeiture: Norman G. Hotz, Federal Way, speeding; $25. Sentencings: Steve Bloomstrom, Glenozna, drunken driving and driving over the center-line; placed on probation for one year, sentenced to 30 days in jail with an additional 30 days suspended, fined $100 with an additional $150 suspended, ordered to attend alcohol rehabilitation classes and driver's license suspended for 60 days.
