Richtmyre of West Bend. The bride attended Bloomsburg (Pa.) University and will continue her studies at Kansas State University. Lt. Richtmyre is a May graduate of the United States Military Academy. He was commissioned a second lieutenant with the U.S.

Army. The couple will live at Port Bliss, Texas, then be stationed at Fort Rieley, in January. EAST HANOVER TWP. Lorraine Judith Axelrad of East Hanover, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Joel Axelrad of Hallendale, was married recently to Howard Barry Cohen of Bronxville, N. son of the late Jack and Minna Cohen. Rabbi Barry Greene performed the wedding ceremony at the Richfield Regency, Verona, where a reception followed. The bride is a graduate of Kean College and received dual masters degrees with honors from William Paterson College. She also holds certification in teaching English as a second language and is a graduate of the Professional School of Business.

She is employed by the Newark Board of Education and Weichert Realtors, Livingston. The groom graduated from New York University and is president of Jare-dana Marketing Inc. and Strategy Group Inc. The ceremony took place in the Chatham United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dale H. Forsman officiating. A reception followed at the Berkeley Plaza, Berkeley Heights. The bride, a graduate of Bucknell University, Lewisburg, is a research associate for the Department of Development of the City of Lubbock, Texas.

The groom is a cum laude graduate of Bucknell University and is a master's degree candidate at Texas Technical University.
