Centralia, Wash, Tax In Propo Legisl sals ature' OLYMPIA, March UP) -Virtually every tax proposal suggested at the regular session of the legislature popped up again today In the first 14 bills Introduced at the special session. Also among the measures dropped Into the House hopper were two appropriation measures that would authorize a state spending program during the next two years identical to that which passed the regular session and was subsequently vetoed by Governor Langlle. Tiie appropriation measures, Introduced by Ole Olson, Pasco Democrat antf chairman of the House appropriations committee, were presented as a starting point for preparing new approbation bills.

One carried appropriations totaling $509,924,000, including transfers, for various state functions paid the basic general fund or other funds that get most of their money from the general fund. The other carrier appropriations' totaling 5193,643,000 from other state funds, such as the motor vehicle, park and nursery Inspection funds. Appropriations from the general fund and other funds were interspersed at the regular session hi the omnibus supplemental appropriation bills. Since the general fund is the one that is out of balance, Olson's plan was to handle the two bills separately. The bill carrying appropriations from other funds probably could be passed with little dlfliculty, Olson said.

It could be handled quickly and sent to the governor while the lawmakers were Reappear Hoppers still fighting ever (he appropriations from the financially embarrassed general Pasco Democrat said. The numerous tax-raising bills, introduced to balance the spending program Included the governor's proposed four percent corporation franchise tax.
