Justice, 89 David S. Justice, 89, Muncie, died Friday in Yorktown Health Care Center after a long illness. Mr. Justice, who was born in Delaware County, graduated from DeSoto High School in 1925. He lived in the Albany area most of his life before moving to Muncie.

He worked for many years at Newton Electric and then at Hatfield Electric before retiring. He was a member of Delaware Lodge 46, Scottish Rite, Valley of Indianapolis; Murat Temple, Indianapolis, and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 855. He was also an amateur radio operator for more than 50 years with the call letters W9EPG. Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Rosa Fullhart Justice; three daughters, Betty J. Overholt, Muncie, Linda L.

Vester (husband: Frederick Eaton, and Rosalie Philebaum (husband: David), Albany; two sisters, Lottie Pittenger, Albany, and Emma Kain (husband: Hilbert), Muncie; a brother, Lowell (Speck) Justice (wife; Frances), Muncie; nine grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. His parents, Ivan A. and Cora Shroyer Justice; three brothers, and a grandson are deceased. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Meeks Mortuary.

Quinn, and two sisters, Rose W. Sellers, Melbourne, and Anna S. Thibodeaux, New Orleans. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Poole Funeral Home, Bogalusa.

More obituaries on Page 6A Slick services WINCHESTER, Ind. Services for Crystal Ray Slick, 84, 512 S. Oak will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in First United Methodist Church. Burial, with military graveside rites, will be in Hollansburg Cemetery, Hollansburg, Ohio.

Calling will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Dr. Slick died Thursday in Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. He was a lifelong resident of Randolph County and graduated from Spartanburg High School in 1930.

He also graduated from Indi- ana University School of Medicine, and he was a physician in Winchester. He was a World War II veteran, and he was a member of First United Methodist Church, Winchester Rotary Club and the American Medical Association. He was a former board member of the Randolph County Hospital Board, and he was on the finance committee of his church. He was founder of Randolph County Nursing Home, a 50-year alumnus of Indiana University, and i he was on the board of health for I many years. He donated his medical office to Randolph County Hospital.

Survivors include his second wife, Ardreth Hunt Slick; a son, Robert Slick (wife: Teresa), Winchester; two daughters, Nancy Faulk (husband: David), Bellevue, and Judy Williams, Greenwich, a stepdaughter, Janet Ratcliffe (husband: Rex), Lynn; a stepson, Terry Comer (wife: Sue), Lynn; a brother, Chauncey Slick (wife: Eileen), Lynn, and 10 grandchildren. His first wife, Ruth Mae Ortt Slick, died in 1970. Collins, a lifelong resident of Muncie, attended city schools. She was a homemaker and a member of Avondale United Methodist Church and Avondale Sympathy Club. Survivors include her husband of more than 46 years, Vernon T. Collins; a daughter, Connie J. Brown, Muncie; two brothers, Hol-lis Griffey (wife: Margaret), Muncie, and Cloyd Griffey (wife: Jean), Sarasota, and three grandchildren.

Her son, Dale R. Collins, died in 1977. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Meeks Mortuary. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.

She attended Muncie Business College and had lived in Muncie for more than 70 years. She worked at Indiana Michigan Electric Co. (now American Electric Power Co.) for more than 36 years before retiring in 1962. Survivors include two cousins, Esther Hartzel, Greenville, Ohio, and Wilsie Thornburg, Winchester. Her husband, Virgil Hoy, died in 1983.

Her parents, LaFayette and Mary Louise Stephens Ward, are also deceased. Heath services Services for Mary S. Reynolds Heath, 92, Muncie, will be at 10 am. Monday in Meeks Mortuary. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory, north of Muncie.

She had lived her entire life in the area, and she was a member of Eaton United Methodist Church and Delaware County Farm Bureau. Survivors include her husband of more than 70 years, Raymond R. Heath; three daughters, Janet Munro (husband: Glen), Westfield, Barbara Watkins (husband: Dale), Muncie, and RuthAnn Herkimer (husband: Gary), Bellville, three sons, John (J.T.) Heath (wife: Emily), Muncie, Danny Heath (wife: Patricia), Parker City, and James E. Heath (wife: Jone), Muncie; a brother, John H. Morey, 64 Former Muncie resident Albert A. Morey, 64, Noblesville, died Thursday in St. Vincent Hospital, Carmel. Mr. Morey, who was bom in Evanston, 111., had lived in Muncie before moving to Noblesville 5 years ago.

He was an Amy veteran of the Korean War, and he was director for After Market Carburetor for 20 years. Survivors include his wife, Rosalie M. Maier Morey; a daughter, Susan L. Berry, Germantown, a son, Albert A. Morey, Indianapolis, and a grandson.

There will be no services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling will be 1-5 p.m. Sunday at Randall and Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville. Memorials may be sent to the American Diabetes Association, 2801 S.

Sycamore Muncie 47302. Helen Schmitt, 81 Helen L. Schmitt, 81, Muncie, died Friday in Ball Memorial Hospital after a long illness Mrs. Schmitt had lived in Owens-boro, her entire life before moving to Westminster Village in April. Survivors include a son, Thomas M.

Schmitt (wife: Cheryl), Muncie; two sisters, Lee Puckett and Jane Shown, both of Owensboro, and four granddaughters. Her husband, Clarence (Ty) Schmitt, died in 1948; a son, Patrick Schmitt, died in 1985, and a brother, Roger Ling, died this year. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
