SECTION A -PAGE 6 Deaths and Funerals Robert Cartwright, Former Methodist Church Trustee Robert A. Cartwright, 60, 3501 S. Penn died Saturday at Creviston Steel Cowan, of an heart attack. A Muncie native, Mr. apparent Cartwright attended, Garfield Elementary School, Wilson Junior High School and graduated from Central High School and graduated from Central High School in 1933.

He had been an employe of Creviston since 1957 and had earlier been employed at -Muncie. He was also the owner of Cartwright Metallizing Co. and co-owner of Cartwright Jeep Repair Service. He was a member of Madison Street United Methodist Church were he was a former church, trustee, teacher of the Fidelity and lay speaker. He was past president of the Methodist Men, and a past recipient of the Leffler Award, given to outstanding church men.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth, three daughters, Mrs. Peggy Thornbill, Belleville, Ohio, Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Keppers, Savannah, and Eleanor Jo Cartwright, at home; a son, Robert W. Muncie; a sister, Mrs. Frances Bixler, Waukegan, and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Madison Street United Methodist Church with Rev. Donald Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at Meeks Mortuary 2-5 and 7-9 p.m.

Sunday, until noon Monday, or at the church a half hour prior to the services. Charlotte A. Harris NEW CASTLE Mrs. Charlette Anita Harris, 24, was killed Thursday at her home in San Antonio, Texas by an unknown assailant. A Washington State native, she had resided there only seven months.

She was going through nurse's training at the University of Texas and attending International Bible College. She was a member of Trinity Church there. Survivors include a daughter, Rebecca, and a son, Benjamin, both at home; her parents, Gordon and Christine Brown, Columbus, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Lester Richards, Miss Susan Jean Brown and Miss Janet Ruth Brown, all of Columbus, Ohio; a brother, Robin Lee Brown, Arlington, her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Nannie New, Hillsboro; her paternal grandmother, Mrs.

Edith Brown, Mooreland; one niece and one nephew. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Macer-Sheets Funeral Home with Rev. Cleo W. Cox of Knightstown Church of God officiating.

Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery west of New Castle. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Monday and prior to services Tuesday. Losantville Services for Pearl Peirce, 96 LOSANTVILLE Mrs. Pearl Peirce, 96, died Friday in Henry County Hospital, New Castle.

She had resided in Losantville since 1920 when she moved from Muncie. She was a member of Losantville United Methodist Church. Survivors include three sons, Robert A. Peirce, Hagerstown, Eugene W. Peirce, Albuquerque, N.M., and Sheldon J.

Peirce, Vista, three daughters, Miss' Helen Peirce, Losantville, Mrs. Wanda Holderton, Mesa, and Mrs. Charlotte Smith, Pewaukee, 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Herbert Pence, Muncie; and a brother, Charles Fulhart, Lewiston, Mich. Services will be at 2 p.m.

Monday in Losantville United Methodist Church with Rev. Blythe Whealy and Rev. Don Smith officiating. Burial will be in Blountsville Cemetery. Friends may call at Culberson-Reynard Funeral Home, Modoc, 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.

Sunday and at the church one hour prior to services Monday. Walter Bundy Rites Scheduled Monday Walter Bundy, 78, 125 Middletown Gardens, died Saturday at Ball Hospital. A Windfall native, Mr. Bundy had resided in Muncie since 1916. He had been employed at Hinde Dauch Paper Company and had also worked at Ontario Corp.

and Hartley Wrecking Co. where he had 32 years of service prior to retirement in 1963. He was a member of the Junior Order of United American Mechanics Delaware No. 8. Survivors include wife, Carrie, two sons, Walter Bundy Lampasas, and Robert Bundy, Muncie; a daughter, Mrs.

Lorrine Conway, Indianapolis; seven grandchildren and six -grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in Parson Mortuary Chapel with Rev. M. L.

Calloway officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory. Friends may call 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Robert L.

Constable RICHMOND Robert L. Constable, 63, 513 S. 5th died Saturday at Reid Hospital. A Muncie native, Mr. Constable had lived in Richmond most of his life where he had been an employe of Acme Beverage Co.

Survivors include his wife, Kathryn; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Boyd, Danville, and Mrs. Roberta Gosnell, Richmond; two sons, Charles Constable, Eldorado, Ohio, and William Constable, New Castle; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Gross, Richmond; a brother, William Constable, Richmond; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Patricia Bell, Yorktown, and Miss Betty Ropp, North Vernon; two stepsons, Kitchel Ropp, Greensfork, and Donald Ropp, Richmond; 21 grandchildren and three -grandchildren.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Stegall-Derheide-Orr Funeral Home, and burial will be in Castine, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. THE MUNCIE STAR, Roy Cederholm.

Overhead Door Sales Manager HARTFORD CITY Roy E. Cederholm, 69, 402 W. Perkins died Friday at Blackford County Hospital. A native of Mainstee, Mr. Cederholm resided here since 1929.

He was the sales division manager for the Overhead Door Co. for 16 years prior to retirement in 1972. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, the Columbia Club at Indianapolis, the Blackford County Club, Elks Lodge 625, and the Kiwanis Club. Survivors include bis wife, Aileen; one daughter, Mrs. Edward George, Grosse Point, three sisters, Mrs.

Flora Johnson, Houston, Mrs. Charlotte Riley, Manistee, and Edna Cederholm, Grand Rapids, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Richman-Markin Funeral Home with Rev. John Paul Jones and Rev.

Born Near Dunkirk Mrs. Chloe A. Babcock, 81, wife of Marvin Babcock died Friday at Woodland Nursing Home. Born on a farm near Dunkirk, she attended Blackford County schools and Dunkirk High School. Mrs.

Babcock came to Muncie with her husband about 1914. She was a member of Friends Memorial Church and the United Friends Circle of the church. Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter, Mrs. Elanor Smith, Muncie; three sons, Marvin Babcock Framington, Dr. James R.

Babcock, New Castle, and Don R. Babcock, Flushing, two brothers, Dwight W. Baker, Albany, and Harry Baker, Chestertown, 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Meeks Mortuary with Richard Newby officiating.

1, died Saturday at St. John's Hospital in Anderson. Mr. Haugh had been engaged in farming for several years in the Daleville area. He was a retired employe of Delco-Remy in Anderson, and a member of UAW Local 662 and the Retirees Club.

Survivors include his wife, Elsie: two sisters, Marie Brown Maybell Richmond, both of Daleville; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Ballard and Shirey Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

McGee NEW CASTLE Everett F. McGee, 76, R.R. 3, died Friday at his home. Mr. McGee retired from Chrysler Corp.

with 25 years of service. Prior to that he had worked for 23 years at Hoosier Manufacturing Co. Survivors include his wife, Ethel; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Bouslog, Elwood; two sons, Richard McGee, Cincinnati, and Robert McGee, Richmond; 10 grandchildren and eight great children; three sisters, Mrs. Dallas Mattix, Knightstown, Mrs.

Ben French, Springport, and Mrs. Paul Anderson, New Castle, and three brothers, Oscar, William and Chester McGee, all of New Castle. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Main and Frame Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth White officiating.

Katie A. Snyder PORTLAND Mrs. Katie A. Snyder, 1, died Friday in Jay County Hospital. She was the widow of Louden O.

Snyder who died in April, 1931. Mrs. Snyder was a Jay County native. She was a member of West Butler Street Church of Christ, Fort Recovery, Ohio. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.

D. F. Stellingwerf, South Bend, and Mrs. Charles Wilcox, Dayton, Ohio; two sons, Louden O. Snyder Portland, and Hobart D.

Snyder of California; 20 grandchildren, and 16 greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in BairdFreeman Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Green Mound Cemetery, Fort Recovery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m.

Monday. Charlotte C. Harvey Mrs. Charlotte Case Harvey, 62, Elida, Ohio, died Wednesday at St. Rose of Lima Hospital in Henderson, Nev.

She and her husband, Lloyd, were en route to Mexico when she became ill. Mrs. Harvey spent her early years in Muncie and graduated from Muncie High School. Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Mrs. Jama Upperman, Columbus, Ohio; three sons, Bruce, Port Clinton, Ohio, Jay, Lima, Ohio, and Rex, Cincinnati; three brothers, Chester Case and Robert Cross, both of Muncie, and Virgil Passmore, Gordon, four grandchildren.

Robbins Philip E. Robbins, 30, 312 S. Walnut, Yorktown, died unexpectedly Saturday at his residence. Born on a farm near Eaton, Mr. Robbins, moved to Daleville with his parents, and attended Daleville High School.

He had been employed at Chevrolet-Muncie since 1965. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann (Sue); three sons, Jeffrey, David and Scottie, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter C. Robbins, Yorktown; a brother, Walter C.
