PUIXIAM Athens, Greece, Sept. 13 The people of this city are immensely proud of their two world-famous construction achievements. The Parthenon, atop the Accropolis symbolizes all the glory and beauty that was Ancient Greece.

And the great Marathon dam, the only ID marble dam in the world, gave- the city a modern water works system that checked the ravages of typhoid and other intestinal diseases incident to impure water. The Marathon dam and the water system were built by Henry C. Ulen and his associates of Lebanon, in 1927, and according to Greek businessmen with whom I have talked it is the only public works project ever built in modern public park which flanks the great Marathon dam.
