Fred Swope, of Richmond, and Dr. Robert Rogers, of New Castle. MASONS FEAST Jackson Speaks At Dinner Albany Resident Hart. Mrs. Will Wysong has returned home from Lorain, where she has spent several days at the bedside of her son, Carl Wysong, of Albany, who is confined to the hospital there because of injuries received in an automobile accident near Detroit.

Mr. Wysong's condition is serious. He is being cared for by his sister, Mrs. J. Honoring Clyde Strait.

LAWYER DEAD AT WINCHESTER Funeral Of F. S. Caldwell Sunday Afternoon. Winchester, Oct 13. Frederick S.

Caldwell. 77, former Judge of the Indiana Appellate Court died today at his home here. He had been in failing health for several weeks. Born in Longbottom. 0 January 17, 1862.

13 (JPh-The conviction of Joseph O'Neil in the Floyd Circuit Court of second degree murder was reversed today by the Indiana Supreme Court and a new trial ordered.
