saloon of Frank Brosler, on the square, closed this evening. Only one more remains and that in the one belonging to Mert Wallet, of the Oyster Bay, and that will close this week. She and her brother, William Bruck, age thirteen, were playing about a bonfire when the little girl tripped over a cornstalk and fell backward into the blaze. She was soon enveloped In flames, but the child did not become so excited that she did not know what she was doing. Not far away the little girl saw water flowing from a hydrant, about which there was a pool of water. She threw herself to the ground and rolled over and over in the Her brother tried to catch waterhen discovered that his sister's clothes were ablaze, but she ran too fast for him. Mrs.

WILSON TO BE TRIED AGAIN Connersville Attorneys Claim That New Evidence Has Been Found. Connersville, Nov. motion for another trial for John Wilson, who has been tried three times for the murder of his wife, is being prepared.

The first jury disagreed. The case was heard again in the same term of court, although the jury WAS not impaneled until after the regular term had closed. This Jury found Wilson guilty, and named life 1m- prisonment as his penalty. The third trial resulted in a similar verdict. Wilson's attorneys say the motion they are preparing will be based largely on the fact that new evidence has come to light.

This evidence is that the lock on the door of the bedroom in which murder was committed was found broken. The door Itself appeared to have been forced open by kicking. None of these things was heard of until after Wilson's conviction. JURY Another Trial Will Probably Be Ordered in the Near Future. Tipton, Nov.

-The Jurors In the Yarling case reported they were unable to agree. Judge Nash sent them back for further deliberation, refusing to accept their decision. The Jurors went out, but soon reported again they could not agree, and Judge Nash dismissed them. Another trial probably will be ordered. KILLED A PET COYOTE.

Bluffton, Nov. -Gene Kyle, an employe at the C. H. Buchele poultry establishment, killed a pet coyote this morning with scant ceremony. It been confined in a cage at the packing house last night, escaped and got into the chicken coops, and this morning thirty dead chickens were found.
