Conncrsvllln, Nov. 1. A motion for another trial for John Wilson, who has been tried three times for the murder his wife. Is being prepared. The first Jury disagreed.

The caaei wag heard again in the game term of court, although the Jury was not Impaneled until after the regular term hud closed. This Jury found Wilson guilty, and named life Imprisonment as his penalty. The third trial resulted In a similar verdict. Wilson's attorneys say the motion they are preparing will be based largely on the fact that new evidence bus come to light. This evidence Is that the lock on the door ot the bedroom In which the murder was committed was found hroken.
