United Way reaches 31.6 per cent of goal Robert Price, general campaign chairman of the Wayne County United Way drive, said Saturday that contributions so far had reached $207,582.43 or 31.6 per cent of the $656,474 goal. He also stated that the second general report meeting is slated for Thursday noon at the Red Cross Building, 19 North Thirteenth St. Campaign workers hope that at that time 60 per cent of the goal will have been reached.
