B-J* GREELEY (Colo.) TRIBUNE Mon., April II, 1»7J A PROGRESSING COMMUNITY Serviced by North Weld Water District (Soft Water) Ip 1890, when Ault was just a railroad siding, a man by the name of Bourgdorf was about the only person living in that area. When speaking of Ault they used his name as a sort of reference point. Then in 1904, Ault was founded and has since grown to the prosperous community it is today. Ault seems to be progressing at an even faster rate today. The people are bettering the old and building up the new. There are two new annexations in Ault. One of which involves 10 acres of land for a mobile home park. At the present time there are 31 trailers, and when it is completed it will house 95. The Farmer's National Bank built a new half a million dollar banking facility for a more modern and efficient way to help their community. 15new homes have been built and 5 more are to be built soon. There are 25 new sites for homes now available. ' After the Farmer's National Bank moved the town of Ault bought the old bank and is now being used for the town hall. Ault now has a new more efficient sewer system. The Aeriation lagoons will service at least 2500 people.
