Restitution Ordered Two Greeley boys, both 13, were ordered to make restitution of $99.75 each by Sept. 17 after Judge Behrman found the youths admitted the allegations made against them. The boys also were placed under the supervision of the probation department until that date. The boys were accused of taking' a wrist watch and two decks of cards from Skaggs Drug Center, 2626 W. 10th St., and two air pistols and seven boxes of BBs from the K-Mart Discount Store, 2829 W. 10th St., on Jan. 4. It was reported approximately $199.50 in damage was done at K-Mart, including $125 damage to the windshield of an employe's car and $21 to the rear window of another- vehicle, apparently caused by shooting of the air rifles. Another Greeley boy, 15, was ordered to make restitution of $171.67 by Sept. 17 for his part in damaging property of five Greeley residents last Dec. 20. Judge Behrman found the youth admitted and the evidence supported that the boy had been one of four youngsters who caused $515 damage to house and car windows by shooting air rifles. The boy was placed under the supervision of the probation department until Sept. 17. Case Continued A Rl. 1, Brighton (Space City) girl, 15, was placed 'under the supervision of ^ the probation department and her case continued to Sept. 17. Judge Behrman found the girl admitted and the evidence supported that she had repeatedly run away from home, had been repeatedly absent from school and was beyond the control of her parents. Cases of four other youths .were continued to Sept. 24 with all four to be under the supervision of the probation department until that date. These included a Greeley girl, 17, who the court found admitted and the evidence supported that she had a narr cotic drug, cannabis, in her possession Jan. 24. Another was an Evans boy, IS, who was accused of taking a \m auto last Nov. 16 without the consent of its owner. Judge Behrman found the boy admitted and the evidence sup-, ported the charge. ' One of the four was a Greeley boy, 14, who the court found admitted and which the evidence showed had participated in the entering of a home Jan. 17 with the intent to commit a theft. -The last was an Erie girl, 15, who was accused of repeatedly running away fro " ^ . repeatedly being abwnt^om school and of being beyond' the control of her parents.
