The Grand Jury said it de-, cided to look further into the matter. The panel earlier declined lo investigate, pending completion of the report by Safety Manager William Koch. The two Hispanos, Tony Ornelas, 2 , and Richard T. Castro, 23, had accused the policemen of mistreating them after they were arrested at Denver's Curtis Park.
