SHARP! 125 8th Ave. Hospital Dismissals With Officers | Tape Recorder Gone Robert- Stoffregen, 2020 8th Ave., told sheriff's officers Friday that a tape recorder was stolen from his car. Rape Attempt Reported Three girls, about 13-years- old, told Ault police and Weld County sheriff's officers early Saturday morning some men in their early twenties had threatened to rape them. The girls were with a party of other young people when their car slid off the road into a ditch on a county road northeast of Eaton. The men came by and pulled the car from the ditch and then demanded that the girls engage in sexual relations with them or they would have to walk home. The girls began to walk and the men reportedly then tried to run them down in their car. The girls made their way to a farmhouse and were given a ride to Ault. Coat Stolen Howard Ninemires, 2429 15th Ave., told police Friday that hit coat was stolen from the college center. Tapes, Player Missing Frank Gigliotti, 1408 28th Ave., told police Friday that a tape player and 15 tapes were stolen from his car while the car was parked at the Union Pacific Railway depot. Weapons Stolen Don Hill, 1212 18th Ave., reported to police Friday that a 12 guage shotgun and a .22 caliber rifle were stolen from his home.
