2 GRBELEY (Colo.) : Thurs., April 13, 1972 In the Courts : DISTRICT COURT ! Six dissolution of marriage petitions were filed in District Court. They were as follows: · Mrs. Marion P. Greenfield, 2418 9th Ave., against Blaine F. Greenfield of Yuma. T h e y V.-ere married at Wray July 20, 1952, and have 10 children. : Mrs. Linda Ilildegard Yckcl, P-180 Jackson Blvd., and Richard Henry Vekcl, 1413 12th Avc., jointly filed a petition. They wore married June 21, 1970, at Boulder and have no children. : M r s . Kathleen Marie Hinojosa, 1729 12th Ave., against Upland Joseph Hinojosa of Boulder. They were married in Boulder in November, 1971. : Mrs. Koxic Renee Hoffman, 2700 C St., against Oscar C. lioffman 111, 3 1 2 0 W. 6th St. Married here June 12, 1971, they h'ave one child. : Mrs. Donna Jo Harlsock of Kort Luplo)! against 1'carle Joseph Harlsock. They were married at Monticello, Calif., May 2G, 19G1, and have three children. James A. Coleman Jr. 1715 Fairacres Dr., against Mrs. Mary Susan Coleman, also known as Susan B. Coleman,! of Kansas City, Mo. They were' married Sept. 3, 1067, in Kansas City and have no children. Fined, Sentenced Gerald Turner, 54, 508 Dill Ave., was fined $30 and son-' tenced to four weekends in county jail on a charge of defrauding an Innkeeper in District Court Monday. . Judge Hugh 11. Arnold ordered Turner to spend from 8 i.in. Saturday to 9 p.m. Sunday in the jail on each of the weekends. In addition, the defendant was ordered to make restitution and pay court costs. ' Turner earlier had pleaded g u i l f y to the charge In which he was accused of fraudulently obtaining lodging in an amount less than $50 at the Elms Motel in La Salle Oct. M, 1971, with the intent to defraud the owner and keeper of the hotel, Rose Wiseman. ' Sentenced for Theft Robert C. Lopez, 25, Denver, was fined $50, ordered to pay court costs and sentenced tn six months in county jail on a theft charge. However, Judge Arnold suspended the jail sentence except for 18 days which the defendant already had spent iu jail. Lopez previously had pleaded guilty to the charge in which he was accused of stealing cash and merchandise of a value less lhan $100 belonging to Paul's Place here lust July ,1. Pleadi Innocent G. K. Ward, M, 1 Ward Dr., pleaded innocent to. a simple assault charge. Judge Arnold continued Hie case to May 8 for trial sotting. Ward is accused of making nn assault on Verticil /.immcr March 1 with intent to commit bodily injury.
