Daily Journal Wednesday, July 12, 1972 Poge 26 4 Arrest Boys In Vehicle Thefts 0 Portage County sheriff's deputies detained three boys, aged 11, 15 and 16, who took several farm vehicles for joy rides at about 6:30 a.m. today in the Town of Grant. Legislative Races 400 In Running MADISON, Wis. Mrs. Lucille Muckerheide, 58, of West Bend, died Tuesday night of injuries suffered July 1 in a collision north of West Bend. Her husband, Sylvester Muckerheide 57, was killed in the accident.

Mrs. Mucker-heide's death was the fifth in ten days in Washington County, bringing its toll for the year to eleven. Miss Alverna Regelman, 18, of Bay City died Tuesday in a La Crosse hospital of injuries suffered July 1 in a crash near Soliders Grove in Crawford County. 9 i-T seven windows, a yard light and a birdbath at her farm home. At about 5 p.m. Tuesday, someone stole four two-month-old puppies from an outside pen at the Humane Society Animal Shelter at Bukolt Park. The value of the puppies was not determined. Rohloff Appleton, was arrested at about 4:30 a.m. today for disorderly conduct after he entered a room at the Blue Top Motel, 3425 Church which he thought was occupied by a friend staying at the motel but which turned out to be the wrong room. He came in through the bathroom window at the rear of the unit in order to surprise his friend but left when he realized his mistake.

Officers apprehended him soon afterwards when they noticed him driving his auto without its lights on. Rohloff told Portage County Judge Robert C. Jenkins he was guilty of disorderly conduct and was fined $25 and assessed $10 costs. Someone broke into the concession stand at the Highway 51 Outdoor Theater in Plover Tuesday by breaking louvers in a bathroom window. A garbage can and hand saw were stolen.
