RA THE MACEE COURIER, THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 1986 0 1 Mr. Walton II. Floyd Mr. Walton H. Floyd, 52, of Jackson died January 23, 1985 at VA Medical Center in Jackson.

Gravesite services were conducted at 11:30 a.m., January 25 at Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Eiily Guest officiating. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee was in charge of arrangements, and burial was at the Church Cemetery. Survivors include wife, June B. Floyd of Jackson; son, Walter Floyd of Bay St.

Louis; daughter, Cheryl McCullough of Denver, Col; brother, Louis Floyd; sister, Shirley Moad of Kiln, and four grandchildren. two brothers, Guy Bumham ot Brandon and Jessie Burnham of Pearl; four sisters, Ollie Gray of Brandon, Mattie Lou Smith of Mary Slade of Brandon, and Wynema Franklin of Jackson; twenty-one grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; Mrs. Boone was preceded in death by husband, Mr. Owen Boone, Sr. and four sons, Wordel Boone, Frank Boone, Owen Boone, and Ralph Boone.

Mrs. Annie Mae Sykes Mrs. Annie Mae Sykes, 86, of New Hebron died Friday, January 24 at Hillcrest Health Center. The Jefferson Davis County native was a member of Mt. Ziori Baptist Church and a retired homemaker.

Funeral services were conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, January 26 from Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Douglas and Rev. Robert Sones officiating.

Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery with Mims Mitchell Funeral Home of Magee in charge of arrangements. Survivors include two sons, James A. Sykes of Gulfport, and Cecil R. Sykes of Oklahoma City, one sister, Mrs.

Ola D. Thurman, Mt. Olive; four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Alma M.

Partridge Mrs. Alma M. Partridge, 81, of Covington, La. died Wednesday, January 22 at Forest Manor Nursing Home. The Mendenhall native was a retired housewife.

Funeral services were held from Upton Funeral Home Suite, Friday, January 24 with Dr. Hueston Adkins officiating. Burial was in Mendenhall Cemetery. with Upton. Funeral Home in Mendenhall vx charge of arrangements.
