Inga Swearlngen, a graduate student at FSU, is the winner of the 2003 Montreux Jazz Voice Competition, one of the most prestigious contests in the world of jazz. Swearingen will be returning to Montreux this year, but local listeners can hear her work her magic by tuning in to Saturday's 30th anniversary broadcast of Garrison Keillor's radio show "A Prairie Home Companion." It'll be Swearingen's second appearance on the program, and she'll perform several numbers. Alt-country band BR549 will also be featured.
