Billy Rasmuson. The next meeting will" be held Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 1:30 at the 'Myrlen Olsen home. The lesson, "Slaking- Christmas Cookies" win given by 31rs. Nels Jensen and Mrs.

(Myrlen Olsen. Mrs. Rose Ward and family spent the weekend "at Carroll -with the Wm. -Drabek family. Pvt.

and Mrs. Donald 3Iuhm arrived in 'Britt Sunday from Tt. Smith, where he has completed his 16 -weeks of basic training. Next week both Pvt- and Jlrs. Muhm will leave for Baltimore, -vrhere he will begin classes in a school.

At the. present time they are visiting relatives and friends in the Britt vieiniiy. The Methodist WJS.C.S. met at the church Xov. 12.

Mrs. Anderson will remain in the west while her husband is stationed in U.

S. waters. and Mrs. Gten Anderson and two children of Ottumwa, Mr. and Mrs.

Dale Anderson and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph O. Anderson and Darlene were entertained to dinner at the Robert Anderson home Friday erening. Mr.

and Mrs. C. F. Wigton returned last week from a visit at the Dr. Carl Aageson home at Madison, and the Dr.

A. II. Heidner home at West iBend, Wis. Mr. and Mrs.

Harold Hesley and the Richard Hesley family were entertained to a duck dinner at the Charles R. Besley home Sunday evening. Jack Schrader returned Friday night from Waterloo where attended a station training school from Monday through Friday. The Ted Trulson family took Mrs. Trulson's mother.

Mrs. M. Anderson, to Charles Citv Sunday for a visit at the Ei McGreevey shan home. The Blanshan's son left for service this week. The JBritt folks also visited at the Jay Arnold home- Mr, and Mrs.

Ed Mehl and Glen were Sunday dinner guests at the Wm- Schwab home. Mr. and Mrs. Emil Kyhl observed their 26th wedding anniversary Tuesday of lasr week. Relatives went to their home in the afternoon to spend the time with them and partake of a lunch together.

Leonard Xelson of Cedar Rapkis came on the weekend for a visit with relatives here and to do some hunting.
