and Mrs. Lester Borman of Avoca, its maternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Brodersen and children, Margaret and Max, are vacationing at Manhattan Beach on Lake Okoboji, going up Saturday for a week's stay.

A group of Harlan teen-agers including Margaret Ann Jacobsen, Karen Haskell, Ellen Bisgard. Prudy Schell and Charlene Peterson, were together for a house party at Miller's Bay on Lake Okoboji the past week, returning Saturday. Win. Olsen moved during the week from an apartment at the Chris Harare home at 9th Willow Street to the a a property at 1804 South 6th Street. The Jim Young family, who had been living in the Kauffman place moved to the Frank Caporal property on Lincoln Avenue in College Heights. Mr. and Mrs.

Clede Reynolds and Bob Gregory returned Friday evening from a ten day vacation which they spent in Missouri. They visited Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bell, former Harlanites in Branson. and with the Orlin Sorensen family at Osage Beach, Mo.

For their guests the past week. Dr. and Mrs. Ralph J. Hays entertained the former's brother and wife, Mr.

and Mrs. Arthur Hays of Memphis, Tenn. Previous to coming to Harlan, they had visited other relatives of Mr. Hays in Omaha. Dr.

and Mrs. Hays are now hosts to Mrs. Hays' sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Werners of Jacksonville, Florida, who arrived Wednesday of last week.

Mr. Weiners leaves Wednesday, while -Mrs. Weiners will remain for a longer stay. Hansen. 15 year old son of Mr and airs Emory Hati- sn.

Mrs. Len Lamar of Sioux City arrived in Harlan Tuesday of last week to visit in the home of her daughter. Mrs. Carl V. Bisgard and family for ten days or longer.
