J-yr I HAVEN'T HAD "7 SUCH A ries aoes LEMONCOVE, Jan. 15. (JP) Twelve-year-old David Hobbs, who got homesick at the Beverly Hills mansion of Actress Ann Sothern and band-leader Roger Pryor, is back with his 11 brothers and sisters, playing around their tent house on the bank of the Kaweah River. "They were swell to me, but I just wanted to be home," said David. Miss Sothern noticed the boy's fine appearance two years ago when she saw him selling newspapers at a Dallas, Texas, hotel where Pryor's orchestra was playing.

She arranged with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hobbs, for him to live at Beverly Hills with the prospect of eventual adoption. Recently, when David's parents visited him at Beverly Hills, he begged to, be allowed to go home with them. His parents joined Miss Sothern in attempting to dissuade him, but the boy insisted he would be happier with his brothers and sisters.

The family lives in this Central California town, 350 miles north of Hollywood, in tents on the ranch of Courtney- McCracken. Says David: "I liked Mr. Pryor, Cesar Romero, Don Ameche and the other actors and actresses who visited the home. All of them were good to me. Miss Sothern was most wonderful.

"But I wanted to be home." Indiana Association Has Six Point Program. INDIANAPOLIS. Jan. 15. (JP) The Indiana State Bar Association started a new campaign today to bring about enactment of a law for an integrated bar a self governing organization made up of all lawyers in the state and with power to investigate and dispose of all complaints against lawyers.

The Bar Association approved at its annual midwinter meeting Saturday a six-point program designed to bring about passage of an integrated bar bill by the 1941 legislature. Such a bill has been before numerous past sessions of the legislature but always has been defeated. It caused one of the most bitter disputes of the 1939 session. The lawyers had heard Charles A. Beardsley, American Bar Association president, urge them to obtain legislative or Supreme Court authority to remove the causes for "the people's displeasure with the legal profession." Public Dissatisfied.

Beardsley, an Oakland, attorney, pointed out that in 23 states the legislatures have authorized an effective Bar Association. He asserted investigations of campiaints by such an organization would 'show that a great majority of the complaints are due to misunderstandings. "But all of these complaints are evidence of public displeasure with lawyers." he said. "An effective bar association, such as those now operating in 23 states, can dispose of those complaints those that are merely due to a misunderstanding, as well as those that call for disci-pine and can change the complaints and their relatives, neighbors and friends from enemies to friends of the legal profession." Prof. James J.

Robinson of the Indiana University Law School, chairman of the State Association's committee on criminal Jurisprudence, urged a recodification of Indiana's criminal laws by a special committee "with a stipulated amount of money for the work." M. Edwards (widely known physician) successfully treated scores of patients for constipation and the headaches, lack of energy and mental dullness which often result. This wise Doctor knew liver bile must flow freely every day into your intestines or fatty foods can't be properly digested and you may become constipated. So he kept this in mind when he perfected his famous Dr. Edwards' Olive Tablets.
