Following a buffet breakfast, plaques were distributed to representatives from Oshkosh North and West high schools, Neenah High School, and Horace Mann Jr.

High of Neenah by Chad Gardner, RDAS prevention specialist. RDAS also honored Prof. Margaret Genesio of the University of Wisconsin -Oshkosh for her contribution to the Christine Ann Center. Prof. Genesio applied for and received a grant from the Martin Luther King Day of Service, to provide a reading program for mothers and their children.

Two volunteers were recognized for their outstanding service at the Christine Ann Center. Carol Fairbairn and Saman-tha Fuller have devoted many hours of their time helping with fund-raising events and serving clients and children at the Christine Ann Center. Jim Thome, board president, expressed the RDAS's need for community support and commented on the growth the agency has experienced during his years as president. The following new officers were elected: Suzy Elbing, board president; Norma Knollenberg, vice president; Richard Nelson, treasurer; and Mary LaFountain, secretary. Before adjourning the meeting, Suzy Elbing's first official act was to honor Jim Thome for his years of service.

You are also an important part of the services we provide.
