Service corporation has been venued to the CMS circuit court from Miami county- Martin sets forth in his complaint that on August 3, 1923, he received permanent injuries when knocked from the top of a freight car on the Wabash railroad lines upon being struck by a trolley wire of the defendant company. At the time he was performing his duties as a brakeman for the Wubash railroad which duties he is unable to handle since bis in.iury as received. He represented by Attorney Glen Grlswold.

PYTHIANS TO HOLD BOOSTER MEETING A big booster meeting is to be held in Castle hall, Fifth and Market street, Monday evening, November 4, by Apollo lodge'No. 62, Knights of Pythias.
