The material came from the Laboratory of Operative Surgery on the cadaver in the University of Pennsylvania.

In his research he establishes without question the fact that spinal distortion is associated withdiseased organs. The Science of Chiropractic dedls entirely with this fact. Nerves pass from the brain through and out from the spinal column to all the organs and parts of the body. Slight misalignments of the spine cause interference with the transmission of life giving and controlling energy from the brain. In-i terference with transmission of 'nervous energy acts very much I like interference with a telegraph message, When an organ of the body receives the wrong 'message from the brain disease is the result and will affect the whole body.
