May 19, Daily Northwestern 34 Orioles Cuellar Tips Yanks Redmen Two Baltimore added another run in the seventh on a single by Belanger, a sacrifice, a walk, and a two-out single by Frank Robinson and the Orioles pushed across their final run in the eighth on a two-out double by Etchebarren and a single by Belanger. Cuellar, who beat the Yankees for the eighth time in nine career decisions, had trouble only with Bobby Murcer, who collected three hits fourth inning and gave the Orioles the lead for good. The Orioles, who tagged Fritz Peterson with his third loss in decisions, collected five of their 12 hits in the fourth to break 1-1 tie. Fischer Leads Chess Tourney VANCOUVER, B.C. (AP) -The second game of the world chess championship quarterfinal match between grandmasters Bobby Fischer of the United States and Mark Taima-nov of the Soviet Union was adjourned Tuesday night on the 45th move. Fischer, playing white, was a pawn ahead and in a position where he normally would force a win. The game was to be continued Wednesday. Fischer leads the 10-game match, 1-0.
